There is no fee to apply for a library card. All Village of Clifton residents or owners of real estate within the Village of Clifton are eligible to receive a library card.

All applicants must present 1 proof of residence
​
*All online card applications will require at least one proof of residence in the Village of Clifton, IL upon pickup of physical card. Applicants will be contacted once application has been processed & card is ready for pickup.

Parent's/guardians must sign for all persons under the age of 18.

There is a $1.00 charge to replace a lost or damaged card.
​

Patrons of other SHARE member libraries can present their valid library card to check out.
